Online forum: Bylaws, their impact and related problems

Our member Eno Muja participated in todays online meeting organized by the Institute for Political Studies. Part of the discussion were concerns about the lack of legal acts in various fields of the law, the level of legal culture in Albania, the ambiguous language and terminology that in special cases is used in drafting laws, etc.
