Menstrual leave in Albania: Is it applicable?!

Our partner Mr. Eno Muja appeared on the show “Now with Erla Mëhilli” at Euronews Albania Television to share his thoughts on the latest debate going on in Albania regarding menstrual leave.

Such proposal was put forth by a member of the parliament and has raised a lot of questions regarding its application and whether it is the right time for such amendment of the legislation to be implemented in Albania.

While this is a relatively new topic in Albania and remains to be seen if and how it will be applied, it can also be seen at the same time as an added value to the employment legislation.
