Recently, the Council of Ministers in Albania has approved a new Normative Act, which pardons all administrative measures of a punitive nature, imposed by the relevant state authorities, for violating the rules or bylaws issued in the framework of measures taken to prevent and combat the infection caused by COVIDー19, from 17.04.2020 until 07.10.2020.
