Cryptocurrencies in Albania are now regulated by law. On the other hand, VAT will be paid by subjects that have a turnover of 10 000 000 (ten million) ALL in a calendar year, starting from 01.01.2021. Furthermore, all individuals who own real estate, now have the right to re-evaluate their property at market value until 31 December 2020.
