Our office provides legal assistance to national and international companies operating in the energy and utilities sector as suppliers, purchasers, traders, lenders or owners of transmission and distribution networks.
The office offers advice on the legal aspects of the complete supply chain (upstream and downstream) of crude and refined products, gas, power generation, transmission and distribution, and water treatment and distribution.
Additionally, the office offers advice on concession agreements, hydrocarbon agreements, farm-out agreements, regulatory and compliance matters as well support and assistance for effective liaising with state government agencies, including drafting of specific agreements for and with contractors/sub-contractors.
Our office also carries out procedures in order to obtain concessions, exploration and exploitation permits, and conclusion of distribution and supply agreements.
