Parliament and its Members: Constitutional role, balance and code of conduct

Muja Law proudly contributes to the Monitoring Report “Parliament and its Members: Constitutional role, balance and code of conduct”.

Such report was prepared by the Institute for Political Studies with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC.

The focus of such report is the qualitative monitoring of the parliamentary balance, the role of the Assembly and the activity of deputies, compliance of deputies with the Code of Conduct and legislation, as well as monitoring of the reporting from independent institutions established by law.
