Recently has been approved Law No.62/2020, dated 14.05.2020 “On capital markets”. This law regulates capital markets, the manner and conditions for the provision, purchase and sale of financial instruments in the Republic of Albania, as well as determines the procedures for the regulation and supervision of the markets of financial instruments.
