Impact of the absence and delay of bylaws in Albania

Our members Adi Muja and Eno Muja participated today in a meeting held by Institute for Political Studies (ISP) in Albania.

ISP presented today their main findings and recommendations after monitoring the bylaws and the matrix of the Council of Ministers for the period 2019-2020. The purpose of the monitoring was to identify the impact of the lack or delay of bylaws.
